Next, click on “Transaction Record”.

Step 3: Select the “Processing” Deposit Transaction

Choose the “Processing” deposit transaction.

Step 4: Edit and Resubmit

Click on “Edit and Resubmit”. Please note that you can edit the request within 5 minutes after submitting the deposit form.

Step 5: Check Your Reference Number/Transaction ID and Upload the Cashout Slip

Please check your reference number/transaction ID and then click on the “Choose Files” button to upload the cashout slip.

Step 6: Click “Submit” to Resubmit Your Deposit
